HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Within the contiguous US shipping is free for orders of more than $50. Shipping to the non-contiguous US is $7.99.
It's a great idea for friend to combine orders and avoid shipping charges!
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
For orders under $50 we charge a flat rate of $7.99 for shipping anywhere in the US.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We're still shipping, but in these unprecedented times delays may occur.
We ship out of our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders may take extra time to arrive after dispatch due to delays with our shipping partners.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase at customerserviceus@wellbeingisland.com and we will assist you with your issue.
While we always do our best to assist our customers with any issues they have, our Returns & Refunds policy does not apply to certain products for hygiene reasons including, but not limited to, opened Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Teething Gel etc. Please contact us with your specific issue and we will inform you if we can accept the return.
If your product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will happily replace the item or refund the cost to you. This refund will be processed within 10 business days of the approval of your refund.
