Silicone Toothbrush Stage 2

This review is for Jack N Jill Silicone Toothbrush and Banana Toothpaste. As a training toothbrush, our toddler will happily munch on this thing - especially with "nana" flavored toothpaste. We'll check with her dentist the next time to get his thoughts on silicone bristles over the ones of a conventional toothbrush.

I love this brand and love the scent of this toothpaste. My grandson likes brushes his teeth with this and loves the banana taste lol. Gentle and soft on their gums. Great Quality!! Would Recommend!

My 19 month old has decided he hates brushing his teeth all of the sudden. This came today and I opened it up, put some paste on the silicone brush and then gave it to my son. He immediately put it in his mouth and started chewing on it. This was a huge improvement from running away from the toothbrush before lol. This toothbrush is soft silicone which is very different than the typical brush bristles you find on a toothbrush. Because it is softer than bristles, I think it will be super effective during teething episodes when my little one's gums are so sensitive he doesn't tolerate brushing. The brush also has a plate so that your little won't gag themselves while brushing. The paste is fluoride-free and banana flavored. My son really liked the banana flavor and would probably suck it straight out of the bottle if he could. Overall this toothbrush/paste set is a win for us. I am hoping he decides he still likes the toothbrush tomorrow night lol.

My 13 month old is obsessed with this toothbrush b/c I allow her to brush her teeth herself after I do. I feel comfortable letting her use this toothbrush since it’s a soft silicone and has a nice stopper which prevents her from putting it too far into her mouth. I tested the toothpaste myself first and it’s clear, has a faint banana taste, and seems safe to swallow. I also love that it has natural ingredients. Overall, I think this is a great set for babies and small toddlers.

We have used J&J products for the past few years ever since my first child was a baby. Have always been happy with their quality so was especially excited to see their newest products offered through the Vine program. The brush is soft and gentle and the bristles seem durable. The shield is a good option to have given the length of the toothbrush itself. The toothpaste has a very mild banana flavor that’s slightly sweet—my 3 year old loves it. I like it too as an adult, and I’m not really a banana flavor fan. It’s not chemically or too artificial tasting which I like. Tube is sealed under the cap and also comes shrink wrapped with the toothbrush so you know you received a new item. The tube of toothpaste is on the smaller side but I prefer this since my toddler has a collection of different flavors to choose from each day, so we don’t go through the tubes as quickly. Plus you only use a smear to a pea size amount with babies/toddlers so these toothpastes should last a long time. Now I was aware that this toothpaste is made with Xylitol in place of fluoride, but do your own research to understand the pros and cons of each especially now that new studies have come out on Xylitol and an increase in CV events. May not be super concerning though since you’re only using a small amount,, but still something to take into consideration.

My kid really loves the banana flavored toothpaste, which was a bit surprising. The bristles are silicone, which is new to me, but seem to work well!

Overall, it’s a nice clean toothpaste. The banana is a little weird though. I would recommend a different favor. The toothbrush cone/holder thing is kind of nice so the bristles don’t get dirty, but it will roll around a bit.

It is a good set for the toddler learning to brush his own teeth. The brush is soft and very comfortable to hold by a toddler. The toothpaste has ok flavor and the most important thing, safe to swallow. This set made in China and I would prefer that such thing like toothpaste be made in USA.

I got this for my niece as she still has a bit of trouble brushing her teeth with other brands of toothpaste. She definitely is a fan of the banana flavoring and is slowly learning to brush on her own! I wanted to know what it tasted like so I did use it, I think its decent but much better for kids getting used to brushing their teeth.

This is such a cute little set for toddlers. The bristles on the brush are very soft and the taste of the toothpaste is yummy! I really like the silicone circle on the brush as it keeps the toothpaste from running down my little ones hands and is much cleaner experience!

Super cute little toothbrush and toothpaste set for younger toddler. I am putting this as a stocking stuffer for my second child. My first loved this flavor so we are trying it again.

Our 4yo has been using Jack n Jill toothpaste since his very first tooth was poking through. He loves the different flavors, and this is our second time ordering Banana. First time trying out the silicone brush! He loves his Jack n Jill bunny brushes, so he was excited to try out their new version. He thought it felt silly, but he liked it! It seems to do a good job with cleaning. I like how easy it is to clean the brush afterward!

Okay, I like the banana toothpaste too. I keep extra toothbrushes around for the grandkids, these are really great with the silicone brush, easy to use from them, no complaining about having to brush. The banana toothpaste is enjoyable to brush the teeth with.

This is a great starter toothbrush with toothpaste for a toddler. The silicone bristles are softer than on a typical toothbrush. A few of my kids tried the toothpaste and they all liked the flavor.

good way to introduce the concept of toothpaste to your toddler. it doesnt foam up that much but enough for your toddler to understand that it is cleaning their teeth. fun way to interact together before bed and in the morning, gentle tooth brush too.

My kids love the flavor of this toothpaste. I did find that the silicone toothbrush was not a hit with my little one and he kind of just kept trying to spit it out (my babies preference I guess). It’s non foaming which is nice, and I love that the ingredients are safe for little ones!

Overall, I really like this toothbrush. I think my daughter finds it a little more comfortable to use than the other bristled toothbrush we own. The silicone is gentle on her gums and teeth - and the safety shield is a nice touch for those worried about a toddler pushing the toothbrush down their throat. My daughter seems to like this toothbrush for self-brushing compared to other options. Very happy with it!

My toddler loves the flavor of this banana toothpaste, which is for better and worse, because she wants to suck it off the toothbrush rather than opening her mouth wide for me. I tried a tiny bit, and it does taste like banana, and feels like a great toothpaste! I’ve never seen a toothbrush with this kind of bristles before. It’s working well for us, and seems like it would be extra soft and gentle. I’m really pleased with this bundle!

I ordered this Jack N' Jill Toddler Silicone Toothbrush & Banana Toothpaste for my two year old. The size is perfect for him and the toothbrush is pretty easy to use. He seems like the flavor of the toothpaste as well. So far both items work great and I would recommend this product.

My grandson will be 2 in December and we have been using one of those finger toothbrushes and this toothbrush is perfect for transitioning him into learning to brush his teeth himself. The bristles are made of silicone and it's easy for him to hold and he's not going to brush his teeth so hard that it will irritate his gums. The toothpaste is mild flavored, but does have a nice flavor, and flouride free. I highly recommend this product.
